1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bajjj999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajjj999 website, mobile-optimised browser application, and all associated products and services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bajjj999 or any of its affiliated companies, and you are not a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bajjj999 for breach of these Terms, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

bajjj999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or birth certificate. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified in the verification request, the account will be suspended and access to funds may be restricted pending resolution.

Accounts confirmed to belong to users under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage user will be refunded to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which will be forfeited. bajjj999 reports underage gambling incidents to appropriate parties where required.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bajjj999 services, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bajjj999 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, bajjj999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajjj999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence); (b) a selfie holding your ID document; and (c) proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number). KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission under normal operating conditions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any game or betting market.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple account registration in breach of the one-account-per-person policy.
